- Only those candidates who have a valid Roll Number and Roll Code for Class X Examination 2022, can apply for Akanksha/CLAT Entrance Exam 2022.
- Have your Roll Number and Roll Code for Class X Examination 2022, before filling this Online Examination Form.
- After filling the Akanksha/CLAT Entrance Exam 2022 Application Form, please remember to PRINT the completed Application Form.
- You must submit this Printed Application Form, along with photocopy of your Secondary Exam 2022 Admit Card, your Caste Certificate (if applicable), Divyang Certificate (if applicable), to the District Education Office (DEO) of your District.

Important information related to JAC Akanksha Exam Application

- Only those candidates who have appeared in Annual Secondary Examination 2022 can apply for Akanksha 2022 Examination.
- Before filling the Akanksha online exam form, candidates should keep their roll number and roll code of class 10th exam 2022 with them.
- After filling the Akanksha 2022 application form, please do not forget to print the filled application form.
- Candidates are required to submit the printed application form along with photocopies of their Matriculation Examination 2022 Admit Card, Caste Certificate (if applicable), Disability Certificate (if applicable) to the District Education Office.
